Raymond has proudly served the State of New Hampshire under four governors and, most recently as Assistant Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, overseeing strategic communications, business information, human resources, emergency planning, and policy initiatives. Before his time at the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Raymond served as the Strategic Communications Administrator at the New Hampshire Department of Safety, and as Community Outreach Coordinator and Public Information Officer at the New Hampshire Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. Raymond led the State of New Hampshire’s COVID-19 Joint Information Center at the direction of Governor Sununu, helping coordinate pandemic communications across 19 state agencies during one of the largest emergency responses in state history. During his time at New Hampshire Homeland Security & Emergency Management, Raymond served the 2018 School Safety Task Force, established under Executive Order by Governor Sununu, on working groups, helping write the report, and building the New Hampshire School Safety Resource Center, which is still updated and in use today.
